The buffet is carefully curated by 1238 Restaurant’s chef Wouter Van Tichelen. Always striving for perfection, Van Tichelen’s selection of treats pays close attention to local producers: help yourself to delicate fish and seafood, astounding Belgian cheeses, the most delicious breads and artisanal charcuterie. Overnight oats, granolas, fruit, salads, yoghurts, pastries, eggs, bacon, jams and juices are just some of the buffet’s many stars. And then there’s our à la carte menu: cooked to order … and perfection.
