Embark on a gastronomic journey like no other with our exclusive Omakase menu at Hertog Jan. ‘Omakase’ – a term borrowed from Japanese cuisine meaning ‘I leave it up to you’ – allows our chefs to express their creativity and culinary artistry in full.
Each course is a surprise, an inventive blend of local West Flemish ingredients, and global culinary techniques. Dishes evolve with the seasons, featuring the freshest produce from our gardens, ensuring that every visit offers a new and exciting palate adventure.
