Enjoy garden tastings from our on-site restaurants, intimate dinners, wine and champagne sessions in our Vinariam, and 4-hands dinners with top chefs from around the globe.
The week culminates in the Grand Gourmet Gala, supporting Villa Max, a charity for families with care-intensive children. This is more than a festival—it's the beginning of a new culinary tradition.
VillaMax, a non-subsidized organization that offers unique, warm and free vacations for families with a seriously ill or care-intensive child and who, given their circumstances, have few opportunities to get away together for a week.

MENU ‘LES GRANDS CLASSIQUES’
When: This menu is available from Tuesday, June 17 to Saturday, June 21, during lunch and dinner (except Wednesday evening, June 18).
What: A 4-course menu showcasing the best of Belgium — aimed both at international guests staying at the hotel during that week, and as a great opportunity for others to rediscover their favorites at BB. For enthusiasts, there's also a specially curated selection of Belgian wines, carefully chosen by Elske Mostert. See further details via the ticket link.

ROYAL BELGIAN CAVIAR EXPERIENCE
When: This menu is available on Wednesday evening, June 18 at 7 PM
What: An event centered around our partner Royal Belgian Caviar, where guests will first receive a brief explanation about RBC and their different types of caviar. This explanation is accompanied by a tasting of the various types. Afterwards, guests will enjoy a menu in which the different types of caviar are incorporated into the dishes. Menu: € 159, excluding drinks
MUSICAL EVENING
When: on Friday evening, June 20
What: guests can enjoy our Best of Belgium menu, but other options are also available, while a live band creates a cozy atmosphere with light jazz and chanson. See additional details when you click through the ticket link.
Price: Free choice between set menu or à la carte. A €25 deposit is required to reserve your seat.

What: A 4-hands dinner where Gert and Alexandre cook a menu together
Menu: €395 per person
Wine pairing: €175 per person
Deluxe wine pairing: €355 per person
Non-alcoholic pairing: €135 per person
DOM PÉRIGNON EXPERIENCE
When: On Wednesday evening, June 18
What: A tasting dinner where guests will sample various specially paired and exclusive (older vintages) Dom Pérignon champagnes, accompanied by an explanation from a representative of the House of Dom Pérignon.
Menu: €395 per person
Dom Pérignon pairing: €465 per person
