From 12:30 to 15:30, an exclusive lunch event will take place, uniting four celebrated chefs—Thomas Diepersloot*, Jacob Jan Boerma*, Christian Kuchler**, and Daniel Gottschlich**—for a unique 6-course tasting menu at one of Belgium’s top restaurants. Guests will enjoy an intimate seated experience, complete with wine pairing, water, coffee, and mignardises.
This all-inclusive event is priced at €235 per person, with only 36 seats available. Advance, non-refundable payment is required. Doors open at 12:15, and lunch begins promptly at 12:30. What: A 4-course menu showcasing the best of Belgium — aimed both at international guests staying at the hotel during that week, and as a great opportunity for others to rediscover their favorites at BB.
