No food is allowed in the swimming pool area.
Are children welcome in the Botanic Health Spa?
During Flemish school holidays kids are welcome all day from 7am until 10pm, always under supervision of an adult.
Flemish school holidays:
- Easter holidays: 1/04/24-14/04/24
- Summer holidays: 01/07/24 – 31/08/24
- Autumn holidays: 28/10/24-03/11/24
- Christmas holidays: 23/12/24-05/01/25
- Spring break 03/03/25-09/03/25
All other days, kids are welcome before 9am and after 5pm.
Can we use the spa if we are not staying at the hotel?
Yes, we offer spa treatments. Please contact us at spa@botanicantwerp.com.
Is it possible to book the spa for a private party?
No, it is not possible to book the spa for a private party.
How can I redeem gift vouchers?
To use your gift voucher, just give the voucher number to our reservation team or mention it when booking online. Please make sure to carry the actual gift voucher and the PIN code of the online voucher with you upon arrival.
