From 18:30 to 23:00, Henry’s Bistro at Botanic Sanctuary Antwerp invites you to an exclusive culinary event. For one night only, Ruben Christiaens will collaborate with Alberto Landgraf, the acclaimed chef behind the one-Michelin-starred Oteque in Rio de Janeiro. Known for his highly technical and minimalist cuisine that perfectly balances Japanese precision with vibrant Brazilian ingredients, Landgraf brings a rare level of refinement and intense flavor to every dish.
This unique dining experience is limited to 30 seated guests. The all-inclusive price of €395 per person covers the full menu, drinks, and water, promising an unforgettable evening of exceptional cuisine and artistry.

What: A 4-course menu showcasing the best of Belgium — aimed both at international guests staying at the hotel during that week, and as a great opportunity for others to rediscover their favorites at BB.
