Mijn partner en ik hebben hier voor het weekend verbleven. Het was echt fantastisch! De aankomst voelt heel prettig, de auto wordt voor je geparkeerd, je bagage meegenomen naar je kamer en terwijl je wacht bij de receptie krijg je een glaasje champagne toe. We kregen een prachtige comfortabele kamer toegewezen voor ons verblijf die aan alle verwachtingen voldeed. We hebben heerlijk gebruik gemaakt van de spa, die op vrijdag prima was kwa drukte. Vervolgens hebben wij heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant bijhorend bij het hotel. Later op de avond nog een gezellig drankje genuttigd in de bar, ook dit was bijzonder sfeervol. We hebben heerlijk geslapen, ondanks dat we sliepen aan de straatkant. Met als klapper op de vuurpijl het FANTASTISCHE ontbijt. Hier was alles aanwezig wat wij ons ook maar konden wensen. Echt een fantastische ervaring!

Super hotel at super location! Best in Antwerp! The hotel was beautiful, staff was amazing in different disciplines and spaces! Spa en swimming pool also. The room is like a tiny house everything you need is there. When you walk outside the hotel your direct in the good shopping area / city centre! We are coming back!!

A True Sanctuary in Antwerp – Flawless Stay - Botanic Sanctuary Antwerp truly lives up to its name. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality set the tone for what turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The facilities are beautifully maintained, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. The breakfast buffet was a standout — everything was top quality, fresh, and thoughtfully curated. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a luxurious base to explore Antwerp, this place is an absolute gem. We highly recommend it and would return in a heartbeat.

The most beautiful hotel experience in Antwerp! - We stayed at a 5-star gastronomic resort housed in a beautifully restored 15th-century monastery — and everything about it was truly magical. The hospitality was unmatched, and we felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. Our junior suite was serene and elegantly designed, with earthy tones, luxurious textures, and custom-made furniture that made the entire space feel like a retreat. Every morning, we woke up to the most stunning breakfast spread, filled with fresh, healthy options and beautifully presented dishes. The Botanic Health Spa was the ultimate wellness escape — a calm, 3-floor sanctuary with an indoor pool, relaxing treatment rooms, and peaceful corners to unwind. It’s where botanical wellness meets sustainable luxury, all set in the heart of the Antwerp Botanical Garden. A heartfelt thank you to Pepijn at the reception for the warm welcome, to Sharon and Sofie for their kindness and attentiveness during breakfast, and to Joyal at Delvaux for the lovely service. Your smiles and professionalism made our stay even more memorable! This hotel isn’t just a place to stay — it’s an experience that stays with you. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Antwerp!

One of the best hotels we've stayed in, anywhere in the world. - My wife and I spent four glorious days at the Botanic Sanctuary Antwerp and we can't express how great the experience was for us. The staff was extremely kind, professional and helpful, everyone we encountered from the car valet to the front desk to housekeeping staff was truly focused on helping us have a great experience. We also had massage appointments and the spa was also very beautiful, clean and well designed. We really enjoyed the massages and the pool and steam room after. The hotel is beautifully decorated and felt very comfortable while not being remotely stuffy. The location is perfect for easy access to all of downtown Antwerp and we were sad to have to leave this beautiful hotel. If we have a reason to be back in Antwerp, we wouldn't consider staying anyplace else. This is truly a special hotel.

Adembenemend, luxueus, weelderig = Botanic Sanctuary Antwerp - Wat een service, vriendelijkheid boven alles (Top). Een buitengewoon superieur 5-sterren hotel, we verbleven in de Deluxe Room with Terrace met uitzicht op het restaurant Hertog Jan "verbluffend". Wat een ontbijt, een weelderige viering van lokale producten, voortreffelijke selectie verse zeevruchten, Belgische kazen, ambachtelijk brood, charcuterie en meer. Het buffet, met nachtelijke haver, muesli, fruit, salades, yoghurt, gebak, eieren, spek, jam en sappen, wordt prachtig aangevuld door een à-la-cartemenu met tot in de perfectie bereide gerechten. De spa faciliteiten zijn geweldig "bijzonder de Himalaya sauna". Kortom: we komen terug, we beleefden er een geweldige tijd.

Silvester in Antwerp - We were here for the first time over New Year’s Eve 2024. We had got a very nice double room in the building San Joris. It was a spacious room very nicely located and very modernly furnished. The hotel has been open since 2022. Very nicely located in the old town of Antwerp. You can easily reach everything from this place on foot. The reception by the concierge was very friendly. We had dinner at Henry’s Bistro three times during our presence. It was an absolute culinary experience with a very pleasant and courteous service. We enjoyed our five days at this hotel very much and would return here anytime.

Simply Amazing, Above and Beyond, 10 out of 10! - I just had the most amazing experience at the Botanic Sanctuary Antwerp, and I am STOKED to share it! From the moment I stepped into this stunning oasis, I felt like I was in a dream. The lush greenery and beautiful design create a serene atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxation. They went above and beyond and made sure I felt at home and was taken care the entire time. From bringing me a matcha in the morning to over-the-top nice service (water with cucumber when we returned from our day adventures, to fresh macaroons as an afternoon treat – incredible service)! A huge shoutout to Antonio, the VP of Concierge, who went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. His attention to detail and warm hospitality truly set the tone for an incredible experience. He provided fantastic recommendations and made me feel right at home while carrying the swaggy title as carrier of the Golden Keys!!! Emily from Guest Relations was equally wonderful! Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made every interaction a joy. She ensured that I had everything I needed and made my visit feel personal and special. The breakfast was insanely delicious; the rooms were extremely comfortable; there were 5 delicious restaurants on site; the spa was wonderfully relaxing and the top notch service started from my first step and ended with my last step. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway with exceptional service, the Botanic Sanctuary Antwerp is the place to be. I can't wait to return!

Botanic Sanctuary is a Sanctuary! - Amazing property in the heart of Antwerp. The gardens create a true oasis amongst the busy city. Super enjoyed the room, the service, the SPA and the restaurants. Special thanks to Head Concierge Antoine... he is extraordinary! I cannot wait to return.
